For self-perform GC / CM contractors

Every person. Every project. One live board.

Know where every worker is, where they're going next, and when they're there. Resource Board puts your entire labor force on one live screen — updated in real time, from any device. Built by field operations, not software people.

What labor scheduling costs you today

Payroll gets entered twice

Time arrives by text, email, and paper, then someone re-keys every line into Vista. It's several hours a week and every transcription is an opportunity for an error that surfaces on a paycheck.

Availability is guesswork

When a project needs four more people next week, finding them means calling supers one at a time. There's no single view of who rolls off when, so the answer depends on who you ask.

The schedule isn't shared

Assignments live in a spreadsheet or a project file on one machine. Everyone downstream works from a copy that's already out of date, and changes don't propagate.

What changes

One board. Everyone sees the same thing. Right now.

Every assignment, transfer, callback, and hour lives in one place. Change it once and it's changed for the foreman on site, the ops manager in the office, and the executive looking at next month.

Capabilities

Built around how self-perform work actually runs.

Live resource board

Drag any person between projects and the board updates instantly for everyone. Color-coded by role, commitment, and availability. GC and self-perform crews in the same view. See who rolls off when, and who's available next, at a glance.

Scheduled transfers and chain moves

Set moves weeks ahead. Chain them so one employee runs Project A to B to C automatically on the dates you set. Executes on its own. Email and SMS reminders reach the employee 24 hours and 2 hours before shift start.

Digital timecards

Foremen submit crew time from their phone against a pre-populated phase code grid. OT and DT flag automatically. Admin reviews, approves, or returns with notes. Crews who prefer paper can still use it — photograph the completed card and it populates the digital entry for you.

Timecard entry

Payroll export, not payroll entry

Phase codes in Vista/Viewpoint format, tracked separately for GC and SP job numbers. Approved time exports as a CSV that matches PR Timecard Entry. Nobody re-keys anything.

Three-week look-ahead

Who's committed where and for how long, plus a daily schedule for floating employees. One click copies it for company-wide email.

Permissions that hold

Owner, Administrator, Manager, Foreman, Viewer, with per-user overrides. Only admins grant permissions. Sensitive fields stay gated by role.

Works in the field

Full functionality on phone and tablet. One tap from the dashboard to enter time. Office and field always see the same data.

Who built this

Built by a Director of Field Operations

It came out of a real operation

Resource Board was built to run crews across multiple active projects at a self-perform contractor. Every feature exists because something in the existing process broke.

It replaced Microsoft Project

Project schedules tasks, not people, and it couldn't answer who was available or where they were going next. Resource Board runs a live workforce daily and changes whenever a foreman says something doesn't work.

Pricing

Priced per seat. No implementation fee.

Seats are for the people who schedule and approve — schedulers, managers, and foremen.
